I am a true believer in "Bringing the Government to the People". Residents have busy lives and it is difficult for them to attend meetings at City Hall, so in turn, I go to them. By doing this I can personally witness their issues and have found they are able to better express their concerns. At my community meetings I have also brought city officials to address problems.

I am a "FIXER" and believe in handling problems and issues quickly and efficiently. Having a 35 year background in time sensitive business operations and supreme customer service, I have the ability to see what is needed to get a job done or situation corrected swiftly and properly. Also, having owned a home in District 14 for nearly 30 years and raised a family there give me a leg up within the District.

While there are many issues that need to be addressed in Stamford, I believe getting our school facilities to the highest safety and cleanliness, free of mold, is at the top of my list. We have no greater responsibility than to protect our children and send them to a safe space to learn. To facilitate this I would take steps to have an independent company perform an annual inspection of our school properties in the summer. By doing this we can catch issues and correct them quickly without interfering with the students.
