People in district 12 are not happy with the quality of life. We have tremendous congestion on Strawberry Hill Avenue, Hope Street, and Glenbrook Road. On the board I would push for Signal synchronization and widening of the roads. We have crumbling infrastructure and increased taxes for these issues I would vote for less tax breaks for developers in order to use our own tax dollars to fix these issues.

As a member of the Bd of reps for the past ten years I have established a good rappott within my district and this city through various neighborhood organizations and various causes. I will continue to be available by phone as well as in person. I believe in transparency of government and encourage all to attend the Bd of rep meetings in order to know what is being discussed and decided. I welcome the opportunity to hold district meetings and will continue to be an advocate in all ways for the people of Stamford.

I have been a member of the DCC for 10 years. I am a past President of Stillmeadow PFO and also Cloonan middle and Stamford High. I am also the Deputy Majority leader of the Board of Reps and a member of its Steering, Appointments, Land Use - Urban Redevelopment and Parks and Recreation committees.
