Zoning enforcement is perhaps the most glaring issue in District 16. For the past four years I have been very vocal in opposing irresponsible development along High Ridge Road, as well as advocating for increased enforcement on illegal apartments. I will continue this advocacy if reelected.

Because of our position along High Ridge Road, traffic issues play a large role in our community. I will advocate for synchronizing the traffic lights along High Ridge, as well as calling for more traffic enforcement to combat speeding. District 16 needs serious road repairs in many places, and I will continue to fight for more dollars to repave our streets.

District 16 residents are dealing with increased property taxes, year after year. This needs to change and I will continue to fight for lower property taxes, especially for our seniors. Finally, I will of course continue to advocate for Stamford schools and fight to increase the quality of our kids' education.
I pride myself on being extremely accessible to my constituents. Any constituent can reach out to me at any time on my personal cell or my email address. I'm happy to discuss any issue that's affecting their lives here in Stamford.

There's always room for improvement, however. If re-elected, I will begin to host bi-monthly office hours so my constituents can voice their concerns in person. I'm also open to the creation of a Mid-Ridges Neighborhood Association to better facilitate dialogue between the community and their elected officials.
