During the last 3.5 years, I've improved transparency of government by enabling electronic access to numerous records and documents. I look forward to working with the new administration to get support and funding to create more independent control of the Town Clerk's web pages to be more responsive to the public.
More than 300 duties of the Town Clerk are listed in the State Statutes, all of them essential, be it for transparency in government, fair elections, recording of land transactions, issuing licenses and permits for marriage, birth and death, and more.
