Prioritize improvement and continue maintenance of our roads, these have been neglected for far too long. Cove Island Park is one of our City’s best assets, visited by so many throughout the year, the access roads should be maintained considerably better. The beautification of this stunning area has not been a priority of our previous representatives. Holly Pond, Cove Park and Cove Island Beach should the show pieces of Stamford, the current conditions do not represent the best of what a vibrant waterfront community has to offer.
We must improve the quality of services provided by our city government. With property taxes on the rise, our community deserves more and expects better than what we have received.
Let’s Lead the Change!
I strongly believe that ineffective leadership has resulted in poorly executed projects and misspent resources. I will make it a priority to review all school inspection reports to better understand the current conditions, to procure the necessary funding and allocate it appropriately. Each project should be subject to strict oversight to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. I will offer support to Board of Education and Board Finance to strategically arrive at the best possible course of action. It is a priority of our community that our children are educated in a safe and healthy environment.
While canvassing my district, I had the wonderful opportunity to meet our residents and hear their concerns. I will invite my neighbors to open forums to keep these conversations fresh. In this era of virtual communication, Zoom meetings will be a great way to invite more people to the table. Working together is how we will lead the change in our district.
At minimum, I will hold quarterly neighborhood meetings to provide updates on planning, transportation or any other city issues that may affect our area.

I plan to lead with an open door approach. I am eager to listen to all the concerns of our residents in District 8. Their concerns are my concerns. I will be present in our neighborhood; knocking on doors will not stop when the campaign is over. I will work hard to make a difference.

Let me be your NEW VOICE to represent our district in Stamford!
