Describe your personal attributes and experience that make you best-suited for the job.

I am a first-generation born American who grew up in Stamford and attended our Public Schools. I then attained my degree in Respiratory Care. Public service is a natural extension of my professional experience as a heath care worker.

Describe your top legislative priorities for the upcoming year.

The Governor’s emergency powers for COVID expire in February. Would you support extending those powers, and if so what limits would you put on them? What role should the General Assembly take as we move from a pandemic to an endemic?

If the current situation is determined to be an endemic, then there is no justification for emergency powers therefore we can return to three equal branches of government.

City infrastructure costs are on the minds of many in Stamford. What infrastructure do you view as critical to Stamford and what will you do at the state level to help with its funding and taxes?

Our School infrastructure should be the top priority. I will work as hard as I can to bring more State funding back to Stamford to address the school facility issues.
